RAPEA Ministries International Uganda Ltd began as a Community-Based Organization (CBO) in Jinja in 2012, with a mission to create positive change within the community. In 2018, the organization relocated to Buikwe District to expand its reach and impact. In January 2022, RAPEA Ministries officially registered as a company limited by guarantee, operating without share capital, to deepen its commitment to community service and empowerment.

- Spread the Good News: Share Christian teachings and conduct outreach campaigns to strengthen faith and build spiritual resilience.
- Rehabilitate & Support Vulnerable Groups: Provide care and support to individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, orphans, and other disadvantaged populations.
- Promote Self-Help Projects: Initiate and coordinate sustainable projects such as craftwork, poultry farming, and other income-generating activities.
- Provide Financial Assistance: Solicit funds to address critical needs, including healthcare, feeding, clothing, shelter, and education for underprivileged children.
- Christian Outreach Campaigns: Organize community-wide Christian campaigns to foster unity and spiritual growth.

- Improve Access to Education: Facilitate formal and vocational education for vulnerable groups by establishing schools and vocational training centers.
